Review of 113 countries’ achievements in renewable energy field.

EXPO 2017, a thematic event organised between two world exhibitions (Milan 2015 and Dubai 2020), saw participation of 113 countries. Italian pavilion has been designed by Abdr Architetti Associati and completed by Renco. Milanese company Simmetrico has taken care of the interiors of 7th and 8th floor of The Sphere, where the Kazakh pavilion is located, and of designing and construction of the Principality of Monaco’s pavilion. The preparation of Iran’s and Argentina’s pavilions has been done by a Roman company Villani Asia. Italy is present also as an example of excellence in renewables: Greenrail’s sustainable railway sleeper has been selected for the “Best Practices” area. Cmd is present as well, as a pyro-gasification representative, which produces energy from wooden waste.
